Glorian Sorensen, PhD, part of “Total Worker Health: Beyond conventional health promotion” panel discussion

Glorian Sorensen, PhD, and researchers from three other NIOSH Total Worker Health (TWH) Centers presented a panel discussion on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at the 2013 APHA meeting in Boston. Each Center shared examples of how it approaches TWH, illustrated by successes and obstacles encountered in the field Casey Chosewood, MD, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, moderated the discussion.

  • James Merchant, MD, DrPH, University of Iowa Healthier Workforce Center for Excellence (HWCE): “Statewide employer survey regarding adoption of elements of the IOM employee total health management model.”
