In an October 16, 2019, article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Center Senior Advisor Nico Pronk writes about the Center’s longstanding partnership with HealthPartners, including a project in which three Minnesota manufacturing companies measured and assessed their policies, programs and practices related to workplace health and safety, and then implemented strategies to improve these areas.
Over the course of one year, all three companies reduced or eliminated safety hazards with help from onsite safety walk-throughs accompanied by an occupational medicine physician.
