Center firefighter study featured in Boston Globe, Harvard Chan School photo essay

A new collaborative research initiative led by Dr. Emily Sparer with the Center for Work, Health and Wellbeing, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Harvard Chan School, and the Boston Fire Department was highlgihted in a Boston Globe article and on Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Insight publication. The study focuses on aspects of the fire station that contribute to fire fighter cancer risk, including behavioral, environment and organizational.

The study was also featured in a unique photo essay on the Chan School Facebook page.
