Center research achieves high visibility in Norway

A recently published article co-authored by investigators at the Center for Work, Health, and Well-being has been featured on the websites of UniCard, Norway’s Center of Excellence for Cardiovascular Research, and the Norwegian nurses’ union. Resulting media coverage propelled the story among the “top five” Internet news stories in Norway on September 29, 2014.

Henrik Jacobsen, PsyD, lead author of “Work stress, sleep deficiency, and predicted 10-year cardiometabolic risk in a female patient care worker population,” is a research fellow at St Olav’s University Hospital. Dr. Jacobsen participated in the Center’s training program in 2012.
