Implementing TWH at Your Organization

Accelerate health outcomes at your organization with Total Worker Health®

The Center for Work, Health, & Well-Being and HealthPartners have collaboratively developed an educational webinar to introduce key aspects of a Total Worker Health approach. This webinar – Accelerate health outcomes at your organization with Total Worker Health® – provides a step-by-step explanation of an organizational approach to addressing worker safety, health, and well-being.

The webinar is divided into three sections, with a corresponding Action Planning Worksheet to guide participants at each step in the process of identifying working conditions in their organizations that could be improved, considering root causes of these working conditions, and starting the action planning process to address them.

This webinar is led by Joel Spoonheim, Senior Director of Worksite Health and Population Well-being at HealthPartners, and Jack Dennerlein, Dean of Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University and Senior Advisor and Collaborator for the Center for Work, Health, and Well-being. Jack is also an Adjunct Professor of Ergonomics and Safety at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health.

Please download the editable Action Planning Worksheet before watching this webinar. The webinar is self-guided and will prompt you to pause between sections, giving you the opportunity to consider the information shared and apply Total Worker Health principles as you complete the corresponding sections of the Action Planning Worksheet.
