Workers are on the front line fighting the spread of COVID-19—they need protection and accurate information. They and their employers can do some simple things to increase protection during this fight.
Organizational approaches targeting the conditions of work can help protect these front-line workers. The systems approach based on research of The Center for Work, Health, & Well-being recognizes common pathways that impact worker safety, health, and well-being.
