Work-related Wellbeing in the New England Workforce

December 23, 2019 – June 30, 2020

This project sought to explore and define work-related wellbeing with a specific focus on a number of key areas, including the “future of work” and different work arrangements (non-standard and standard work arrangements), social disparities and application to different industries and occupational roles, and to discern the constructs that constitute “work-related wellbeing.”

With funding from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Education and Research Center, formative research was conducted, including interviews with experts, and cognitive testing was completed to identify items to be used in the psychometric evaluation to create a measure of “work-related wellbeing.”
