Center Director Glorian Sorensen will be a lecturer at this three-day course that focuses on how we can develop, implement, and evaluate organizational interventions. Organizational interventions aim to improve working conditions and employee health and wellbeing through changing the way work is organized, designed, and managed.
The course will focus on how we can develop the tools and methods to ensure 1) that adverse working conditions experienced by employees are addressed, 2) that interventions are implemented according to plan, and 3) interventions bring about the intended outcomes.
