This seminar on Enhancing worker health and well-being at Novo Nordisk through organizational interventions features Nadia El-Salanti, an Organizational Psychologist and Principal Scientist at Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company headquartered in Denmark. She has been with Novo Nordisk since 2013, leading the development and implementation of a global mental well-being and stress prevention strategy. Her work has systematically reduced employee-reported stress symptoms by 30% globally. Prior to her current position, Nadia served as head of Global Health & Safety at a large biotech company and worked in research-based consulting focused on occupational health psychology.
